A postcard from Elvstroem that includes a message from the great Masahiko Harada. The Cox Plate is this campaigns grand final and Haradasun will come from barrier 4 in the WS Cox Plate at Moonee Valley on Saturday October 27th. There are 13 worthy competitors. At 4pm jockey Damien Oliver will board the champ and it will be in his hands. At 4.05pm it's ding ding and Damien will guide him thru the early rounds before the champ Haradasun delivers the knockout. postscript: The race plan didn't pan out with H caught wide and going to the front but he fought on well for a terrific third placing in the 2008 Cox Plate. |

Get Ready for Harada Time |
 Flemington Returns Haradasun will step out of the shadows and have his Flemington debut on Saturday in the Group 1 Turnbull stakes over 2000m.With his coat now starting to come into it's own it is hoped that the new Flemington surface will be to the liking of the Emperor and will tune him up for his Spring target... The WS Cox Plate on Saturday 27th October at Moonee Valley. Harada's big Brother Elvstroem won the Turnbull stakes in 2004. |

 The Champ Haradasun took a step into legend status with his win in Australia's toughest 1600m handicap with a resounding victory in the Group 1 Doncaster Handicap. WOW!! Just Awesome.It's taken us days to get back off cloud 9 to update the Win story! Amazing as it was only his 9th start. Now with 2 Group ones in the bank ... he's a happy boy and firmly consolidating his place as the leading 3yo ratings in Australasia. |
