Flemington Returns
Haradasun will step out of the shadows and have his Flemington debut on Saturday in the Group 1 Turnbull stakes over 2000m.

With his coat now starting to come into it's own it is hoped that the new Flemington surface will be to the liking of the Emperor and will tune him up for his Spring target... The WS Cox Plate on Saturday 27th October at Moonee Valley.

Harada's big Brother Elvstroem won the Turnbull stakes in 2004.

Racing has returned to Flemington for a settling race meeting but this will be the first time a Group 1 will have been on the new surface.

As seen in these photos taken by our photographers the whole surface has been replaced with major works that include the turns being cambered etc.

Haradasun will be in the Group 1 Turnbull Stakes over 2000m coming from barrier 15 with D Oliver aboard. Some good opposition but the big boy is now starting to shine, literally! And expect a better loking coat on Saturday!
